My name is Christine. I'm a junior at Van Buren High School. I'm seventeen years old and the youngest of three kids. I plan on going to Iowa State University after high school. After college i would like to start working right away and then focus on a family of my own.

I live in a small house in a nice little town with my mother and father. They run their own car business in fairfield. My older brother who is twenty-one attends Iowa State University. My sister is nineteen and she attends ISU also. My sister was a cheerleader when she was in high school and i seemed to have followed in her footsteps. I am now a football cheerleader, wrestling cheerleader, and dancer. This is my second year on both wrestling cheerleading and dance. This will be my third year on the football cheerleading squad.

I live in the small town of Birmingham Iowa. I have lived in Iowa for seven years. Before we move to Iowa my family and I lived in Hershey, Pennsylvinia. Living there had alot of positives but yet many negatives as well. You have to worry about alot more things in a bigger town then in a little town like here. There is alot more traffice to worry about and many strangers that you dont know. The thing i disliked the most was probably the schooling. Most of the teachers didn't even know you name bacause there were so many kids. With all those kids in school i never wanted to talk to anyone for fear of not being excepted. That is why i am very happy we moved to this small well know town with many kind, caring people. Its much easier for me to be myself here. Also more time to spend as a family and get your family invloved.
